
These cranberry protein bites are one of my favorite things to have in the morning with my coffee, as I am not someone who likes to eat breakfast right after waking up!
These are perfect to have while sipping on your morning tea or coffee, or throughout the day as a go-to snack. Super easy to make and the base recipe can be changed to any flavors you like! Substitute peanut butter for almond, or add some flaxseed or chia for a little added health boost. Cranberry Protein Bites

minuteThese cranberry protein bites, also known as bliss balls, are a perfect snack or on-the-go breakfast for the day. Add or change up the ingredients to try new combinations and get creative!
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups gluten-free oats
1/2 cup chopped/sliced almonds
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup coconut shreds
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
1 cup almond butter *See note
1 tbsp. maple syrup
Directions
- Place all ingredients into bowl and mix until thoroughly combined.
- By the spoonful, roll into balls and place on a plate or in tupperware. Keep these in the fridge for an hour until chilled. Enjoy!
Notes
- If the almond butter is too hard, feel free to put in microwave for 10 seconds to soften, or until desired texture is reached.
